A lot of buildings in Santa Fe are made of adobe. This one, the Inn and Spa at Loretto, is a particularly nice example. |
The Saint Francis Cathedral is a large Catholic church that sits a block east of the Plaza. The cathedral was built in a Romanesque style by a bishop who was sent to Santa Fe from France in the 1800's. |

Alameda Street runs next to a river and, for a lot of the way, a nice little park. There is art all over the place in Santa Fe. There were many sculptures carved out of tree trunks in this park. |

We had a wonderful meal at Coyote Cafe near the Plaza - our favorite meal of the whole trip. We would highly recommend this place if you are in Santa Fe. |

We saw the Christmas Shop on the first night we were in Santa Fe, but they were closed. Of course Chris had to return to check it out. |
